Do you offer tastings?
Tastings are offered for wedding cakes. We provide an in-person consultation with a 3-flavor tasting for you and a guest.
How much are your cakes?
We do not have set prices for our cakes. They are all priced individually based upon size and complexity
of design.
Do you require a deposit on all cakes?
For specialty cakes a 50% deposit is required to reserve your date, and full payment is due upon delivery. For wedding cakes, a 50% (or a minimum of $100) deposit is required to reserve your date. Full payment is due two weeks prior to your event.
Orders are not confirmed until receipt of deposit and signed contract.
How do I order a cake?
To begin the order process, please send an email to info@cakethatslc.com with the
following information:
* Date of event
* Type of occasion (wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, birthday, etc)
* Number of guests
* Daytime phone number & email address
* Flavor choices (for weddings: 3 flavors you would like to sample)
We will contact you to discuss your order and if for a wedding, schedule your consultation and tasting.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend you place your order as soon as you know a date for your event.
We recommend all specialty cake orders be placed at least a month in advance and wedding cakes at least
2-3 months in advance.
For short notice orders a rush fee may be included.
